Organic, unrefined shea butter produces a gourmet soap that's extremely soothing and nourishing for even the most sensitive skin. For face and whole body, our traditional cold-process soaps are luxurious and enhance facial skin as well as all skin types. They rinse clean and are exceptionally moisturizing.
The beautiful speckles in the soap come from the wild Alaskan rose petals that we harvest by hand from our local meadows in view of the snow-capped Kenai Mountains.

Amazon has completely changed the way we view shopping online. By charging $119 a year for Prime Membership, they separate the ‘pain’ of shipping costs from the shopping experience. If you mail packages from the Post Office you might be aware that rates increase twice a year typically. Due to economies of scale, mega-retailers get far reduced shipping rates compared to mom and pop businesses. Don’t be deceived – you pay $119 a year for shipping.
Alpenglow is transparent in all of our pricing and we keep our product and shipping costs as low as possible. On average, we lose between $1 - $8 per order by not charging the full shipping cost we pay to ship your boxes to you.
So the below costs are real, not hidden.
We are able to process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days.
We ship via US Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL which normally takes between 3-6 business days to arrive Outside of Alaska (the other 49 states) or 2-4 days in Alaska.
